Missions Emphasis Month

October is our Missions Emphasis Month and we are asking all of our members to pray and ask the Lord what He would want you to give to missions each week. On Sunday, October 27th we will ask you to fill out a commitment card where you will write down that amount. Please seek the Lord about this and remember that our missionaries depend on us for their financial support!

Prayer Meeting For Revival

The next Men’s Prayer Meeting For Revival will be held on Saturday, October 19th at the Calvary Baptist Church in Sauk City. We will begin at 8:30 AM and are normally finished by 11:00 AM. All men are invited to attend!

Deacon’s Meeting

We will have a Deacon’s Meeting on Sunday, October 20th following the Evening Service.

Church Dinner

Our monthly Birthday and Anniversary Fellowship Dinner will be held on Sunday, October 27th following the Morning Service. The ladies of our church are asked to bring the items for the noon meal and everyone is invited to attend.

Business Meeting

We will have a Business Meeting on Sunday, October 27th during the 1:00 PM Service.

DST Ends

Daylight Saving Time ends on Sunday, November 3rd. Don’t forget to set your clocks back one hour before going to bed on Saturday evening!

Fundraising Banquet

The annual Fundraising Banquet for the Access Women’s Center in Madison will be held on Saturday, November 9th at the Calvary Baptist Church in Sun Prairie. There is no cost for the banquet, but there will be an auction and a freewill offering as part of the program. Coffee and punch will be served at 11:30 AM and the meal will begin at noon. If you are planning to attend, please contact Sara Weiss as soon as possible. Thank you!

Project Blessing Offerings

Project Blessing Offerings for the months of October and November will be collected and given to our missionaries as a special Christmas gift. Please give to this special offering, if you can!

Bible Reading Schedules

If you are involved in our program to read through the Bible this year, you are reminded to sign and turn-in your schedule sheet for last month as soon as possible. Thank you!
