Combined Service With Madison Baptist Church

On Sunday, June 2nd we are invited to a combined afternoon and evening together with the Madison Baptist Church. There will be plenty of activities for everyone who attends which will include volleyball, basketball, ping-pong, hayrides, a cookout, singing, preaching and lots and lots of fellowship. Everyone who attends is asked to bring your own meat to cook on the grill and a dish to share with everyone. Supper will begin at 5:00 PM and the service will begin at 6:00 PM. Pray for good weather and make plans to join us!

Birthday & Anniversary Fellowship Dinner

This Sunday, May 26th we will hold our monthly Birthday & Anniversary Fellowship Dinner. The ladies of our church will provide all the items for the meal which will begin about noon. We have Sunday School classes for every age group at 9:30 AM and our Morning Service will follow that at 10:30 AM. Following the Morning Service will be the dinner which will be served downstairs in our Fellowship Room. After the meal is finished we will have a time of Questions & Answers during the 1:00 PM Service. If you are in the area and would like to join us, please consider this your personal invitation. 2013 Awana Awards Night

On Wednesday, May 15th our church held its year-end Awana Awards Night. The weather was beautiful which meant that we could hold the activities outdoors. We began with a 30 minute time of games which was followed by a 30 minute time of Bible quizzing. Everyone seemed to have a great time together as we used our physical muscles first followed by the use of our spiritual muscles. The last 30 minutes of the evening was dedicated to handing out the year-end awards for both the children as well as the adults who helped us. 2013 Young Ladies Tea Party

On Saturday, April 27th we held a Young Ladies Tea Party for the young ladies in our church who are teens and younger. We also invited their mothers to join them, if they wish. There were a lot of other activities happening on that weekend which meant that some of the young ladies and their mothers were not able to attend. However, those who attended had a wonderful time in fellowship, dressing up, and craft-making. We have posted some pictures in our Photo Gallery and we hope you will take a look at them!

2013 Awana Grand Prix

Our annual Awana Grand Prix was held at the church on Wednesday, May 8th. The weather for the event was perfect which allowed us to have the event outdoors. We held races for those in grades K-6 as well as races for the adult workers in our Awana club. We gave out 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place trophies for both the children and the adults. 2013 Walk 4 Life

On Saturday, May 18th our church participated in the annual Walk 4 Life which is a fundraiser for the Access Women’s Center in Madison. God gave us a beautiful day to spend in the park and on the trail as our church and several other churches gathered to raise money for this very important ministry. Those who came spent several hours together walking, cooking, eating, and fellowshipping. We have posted some pictures in our Photo Gallery and we hope you will take a look!

The Faithmen Quartet

On Sunday, April 21st our church was privileged to host “The Faithmen Quartet” for an evening of gospel music. These men are members at the Faith Baptist Church in Milwaukee and each one has a wonderful testimony for the Lord and is very active in their home church’s ministry. We had a great crowd of people who came to hear them sing and everyone enjoyed these men and their ministry of music very much.
